Professional Home Watch Inspections

Scheduled visual inspections of your unoccupied mountain home — with a detailed report and photographs after every visit.

About This Service

A home watch inspection is a visual inspection of a property that is vacant or unoccupied, checking for obvious issues and problems. Our trained representatives conduct thorough interior and exterior walkthroughs of your mountain home on a scheduled basis, documenting what they observe and reporting any concerns promptly.

What We Check

  • Interior: all rooms, ceilings, walls, and floors for signs of water intrusion, damage, or pest activity
  • HVAC systems: thermostat settings, filter condition, and signs of malfunction
  • Plumbing: visible pipes, fixtures, water heater, and signs of leaks
  • Electrical: visible panels, outlets, and signs of issues
  • Appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and other major appliances
  • Windows and doors: condition, locks, and signs of forced entry or weather damage
  • Exterior: foundation, siding, roof (from ground level), gutters, decks, and porches
  • Garage and outbuildings: condition and security
  • Grounds: obvious drainage issues, fallen trees, or storm damage near the structure

What You Receive

After every inspection, you receive a written property report documenting what was observed, along with photographs of the property. If any concerns are identified, you are notified promptly so you can take action.
