What Owners Say
Trusted by Second-Home Owners Across the High Country
“We bought our mountain home in Blowing Rock three years ago and were immediately anxious about leaving it unattended for months at a time. High Country Home Watch completely changed that. We get a detailed report with photos after every visit and have never once worried about what is happening up there. When a tree came down near our deck after an ice storm, they had photos to us within hours and a contractor lined up the next day.”

“I travel for work constantly and my Banner Elk cabin sits empty more than I would like. Having a professional set of eyes on it every week gives me genuine peace of mind. They caught a slow leak under the kitchen sink that would have been a disaster if it had gone unnoticed another few weeks. Worth every penny.”

“Our Beech Mountain property is at over 5,000 feet and the winters are brutal. We were nervous about leaving it from November through April. High Country Home Watch monitors it through the entire winter season and we arrive every spring to a home that is in perfect condition. The arrival preparation service alone is worth it — we walk in to a warm, ready house every time.”

“We live in Boone but our second property in Valle Crucis is far enough away that we cannot check on it regularly. High Country Home Watch handles everything — inspections, vendor coordination, even making sure the place is ready when our family comes to visit. Professional, reliable, and genuinely trustworthy.”
